Now Hiring - Clinical Liaison - Sales and Marketing in Conroe, TX

Compensation: $100,000 $130,000 (Includes average bonus incentive, uncapped).
This position will cover the Medical Center Area in Houston.
What you will do:
This is an exciting opportunity for clinical healthcare professionals interested in advancing their careers beyond the bedside. Cornerstone Healthcare Group is looking for energized and highly motivated individuals to help make a difference in their community. The Clinical Liaison partners with physicians, health care facilities, third-party payers, case management professionals, attorneys, and other healthcare organizations to place patients who require long-term acute (LTACH) level of care. Our patients range in age from 18 years to geriatric who are experiencing medically complex conditions, general medical-surgical conditions, with rehabilitation and/or wound care needs.
The Clinical Liaison's duties include:
Conduct patient assessments to identify patients for potential admission into the system.
Actively involved in communicating, educating, and planning.
Meet budget census goals and quality payer mix for facility or facilities assigned.
Develop relationships and call on referral sources in person with appropriate hospital protocol.
Convert referrals into admissions promptly.
Complete and maintain all required reports.
Knowledge of state and federal regulations that pertain to admissions and marketing.
Perform other duties as assigned.
What you will need to be considered for this role:
Must have previous experience as an RN/LVN/RRT in critical care, med/surg, or case management.
Prior experience with customer relations within Sales and Marketing is preferred.
